Concert from the Waldbühne with Martin Grubinger and Wayne Marshall
Pure rhythm is in store at this Waldbühne concert – with a performance by Martin Grubinger. The multi-percussionist is a true entertainer who elicits a wealth of timbres from his instruments in the Special Edition with film music by John Williams. The concert also features Wayne Marshall, who makes his debut conducting the Berliner Philharmoniker with the music of Leonard Bernstein, and who is also the soloist in Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue.
