Arcadi Volodos

Arcadi Volodos, whose passion and breathtaking technique are now a source of international acclaim, and who also performs his own arrangements in concert halls around the world, initially studied singing and conducting at the Conservatory in St Petersburg before devoting himself entirely to the piano at the age of 15. Since his debut in New York in 1996, he has worked with all the leading orchestras – including the Berliner Philharmoniker, with whom he has appeared on several occasions since 1997.
