En septembre 2014, la violoniste Patricia Kopatchinskaïa a fait ses débuts auprès des Berliner Philharmoniker en tant que soliste du Concerto pour violon n° 2 de Peter Eötvös sous la direction du compositeur. Elle s’est entretenue à cette occasion avec l’altiste philharmonique Ulrich Knörzer.
