Lithuanian-born singer Vida Miknevičiūtė delights audiences on the world’s major stages with her dramatic soprano, skilfully combining emotional intensity with a nuanced sound. In 2021, the singer made an acclaimed festival debut in Salzburg as Chrysothemis in Strauss’s Elektra. In 2022/23, she made her role debut in Dmitri Tcherniakov’s new production of the Ring at the Berlin Staatsoper Unter den Linden as a “dazzlingly bright Sieglinde” (rbb Kultur).
